- Onion.\xa0
- Olive oil. Or avocado oil.

How to make this Smoked Sausage and Veggie Bake
1. Place all of the\xa0ingredients\xa0(excluding bay leaves) into a large mixing\xa0bowl\xa0and\xa0toss\xa0everything well.\xa0

2. Divide the veggies into 4 or 6 equal parts, place a bay leaf on top of each and wrap in foil.
