  • Prep the oven. Preheat it to 350F. Grease an 8×4″ loaf pan with cooking spray. Set it aside.
  • Prep the apples. Gently toss the apples in a bowl with 1/2 teas، cinnamon.
  • Whisk the dry ingredients. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, all،e, cloves, and remaining cinnamon in a separate bowl.
