Forkful of ،ered dill ،atoes.

These easy Buttered Dill Potatoes is the recipe of my child،od. My mom would make this quick and simple side at least once a week. Steamed ،atoes tossed lightly with ،er, dill, salt, and pepper – it really doesn’t get any easier or tastier than that. Serve with roasted chicken, meatloaf, baked salmon, ، roast – you name it! These ،atoes are versatile, comforting, and always a family favorite.

Buttered Dill Potatoes ingredients
  • Potatoes: I usually use creamers, but you could use fingerling or even Yukon gold if that’s what you have. I prefer the soft, creamy texture that the creamers provide (as their name implies).
  • Butter: Unsalted ،er coats the ،atoes and adds to the creamy, ،ery taste of the dish while helping the dill and salt to stick.
  • Fresh dill: Somewhat citrusy and sweet, with a bit of gr،y flavor, the dill adds a wonderful freshness to this simple dish.
  • Salt & pepper: Adds flavor and amplifies the final dish.
