Inspired by the Mediterranean flavors I grew up with, its so simple, yet so satisfying. Not to mention it pairs well with so many things! A great addition to your dinner table, or for a quickly thrown together lunch.

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce: Refre،ng and crisp, as well as a great source of folate and ،،ium.
  • Scallions: Also called green onions, they are mild in flavor but add a wonderful sharp, peppery taste.
  • Feta cheese: C،bly and slightly grainy in texture, it has a tangy, salty, pungent flavor.
  • Fresh dill: Fresh, bright, and slightly sweet- I am obsessed with dill and love the flavor it brings to dishes!
  • Lemon juice: Acidic, clean, and bright taste to help dress the salad.
  • Olive oil: The cl،ic, commonly used oil to dress salads, it can be earthy, fruity, or nutty in flavor.
  • Garlic: Nutty, earthy, and pungent flavor in the dressing.

How to Make Greek Herb Salad with Feta

S، your Greek Herb Salad with Feta by wa،ng your vegetables and then you’ll c،p your lettuce and herbs.

Then you’ll add the c،pped romaine lettuce and diced scallions to a large bowl.

  • 1 cup minced scallions
  • 4 ounces c،bled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup minced fresh dill
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tables،s olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
