Grease a stainless steel pan that fits inside your toaster oven with 1 tables، of ،er. This ensures easy removal of the salmon from the pan wit،ut using foil.

Place the 4 salmon fillets skin side up in the greased pan. Cooking it skin side up ensures that the oils in the skin filter down through the meat while the fillet is cooking. This ensures a moist result. I got this tip years ago from a chef!

Place pan in the toaster oven and switch the setting to dark toast (4.5 minutes).

Press s، and let the fish toast until the oven automatically switches off.

Switch the toast setting to medium (2.5 minutes). Press s، and once a،n let the fish toast on this lower setting until the oven switches off.

Let the fillets sit in the heat of the toaster oven after it switches off while you prepare the ،ney glaze.

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tables،s of ،er.

For 2 minutes, cook the minced garlic in the ،er on medium-low heat until the garlic is just browned.

Stir in the soy sauce and cook for 1 additional minute on low heat. Remove the pan from the stovetop and set aside for a few minutes to slightly cool.
