Grilling season is one of my favorite times of year because it makes healthy cooking so dang easy, and you don’t have to heat up your ،use! Boneless grilled pork c،ps is one of our go-to dinner recipes because they are such an affordable, lean source of protein. Whether you have a gas grill or charcoal grill, these pork c،ps will be delicious!
Ingredients
- Pork c،ps: A leaner cut of pork, that is a great source of protein. I usually go for a ،less c،p, but you could use ،-in pork c،ps as well.
- Paprika: I love to use smoked paprika for an added depth of smoky flavor.
- Brown sugar: Adds some rich, sweetness to balance out some of the smoky, savory flavors.
- Garlic powder: Concentrated, aromatic, garlicky flavor.
- Cumin: Earthy, warm flavor for the ،e rub.
- Cayenne: Adds a great smoky, kick of heat to the rub
How to Make Smoky Grilled pork C،ps
S، your smoky grilled pork c،ps by making your ،e rub by mixing the smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, ،in, cayenne, and some salt and pepper. Then rub the ،es all over both sides of the pork c،ps.
Pre-heat your grill to high heat, then grill your pork c،ps for 3-4 minutes per side. Depending on the thickness, they might need a couple more minutes. Then let rest for at least 5 minutes.
