How To Make Caprese Flatbread Pizza

  • Roast the tomatoes. Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt. Bake them for 20 minutes or until they s، to burst.
  • Assemble the pizzas. Reduce the heat to 350F. Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Top each pizza with half of the cheese. Add roasted tomatoes on top.
  • Bake and serve. Pop the pizzas into the oven for 10 minutes, or until melty. Sprinkle with basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve and enjoy!

  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Top each flatbread with olive oil. Evenly divide the minced garlic between the two pizzas.
  3. Top each flatbread with 4 oz. of freshly sliced mozzarella.
  4. Evenly distribute the roasted g، tomatoes on top of each flatbread.
  5. Place flatbreads in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Top each flatbread with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
