How to Make a Christmas Fruit Wreath:

  1. Make the sugared g،s. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 water to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is melted and the liquid is clear. This will only take about 3 minutes. Set aside and let cool to room temperature. Dip the g،s into the sugar mixture, then set onto a wire rack, making sure they don’t touch. Allow them to sit for about 30 minutes. Next, roll them in the remaining sugar. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before using.
  2. Prepare the rest of the fruit. Peel the kiwi and cut into 1/4-inch slices. Deseed the pomegranate. Cut the apple into thin slices. Use a small star cookie cutter to cut stars out of some of the slices. Toss the apples with lemon juice to prevent browning, if desired.
  3. Assemble the fruit wreath. Lay the kiwi down in a circle on a large round plate or serving platter. Top with apple slices, sugared g،s, remaining kiwi slices, and raspberries building as you go and balancing fruits and colors. Top with pomegranate arils and garnish with apple stars and mint leaves.
  4. Serve. If desired, serve with a simple yogurt dip. We added mint leaves and pomegranate to resemble a ،lly berry in the center. Enjoy!
