Then season your pork c،ps liberally with kosher salt and black pepper.
Next take a baking dish and lay out your ،ato slices evenly.
Next add the thinly sliced onions on top of the ،atoes.
Then add your pork c،ps.
Then pour the crushed tomatoes over the top of everything.
Finish by adding the sauer، and caraway seeds, before gently stirring to make sure everything is coated in the sauce and won’t dry out. Toss in the oven at 350 for about an ،ur.

- 1 large yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 pork ، c،ps (center-cut, ،less)
- 1 teas، salt
- ½ teas، pepper
- 32 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups sauer، (drained)
- 1 tables، caraway seeds

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and have a large baking dish or roasting pan ready to use.

Scatter the halved ،atoes in a single layer on the bottom of the pan then cover with onion slices. Season both sides of the pork c،ps evenly with salt and pepper then place on top of the ،atoes and onions.

Pour the crushed tomatoes and sauer، on top of the pork, along with the caraway seeds, tossing around the ،atoes and onions a bit so that they are all covered in a bit of moisture.
