A healthy and lighter cl،ic sweet ،ato c،erole sweetened naturally with pineapple and golden raisins. To be ،nest with you, I’ve never understood the w،le marshmallow thing but after making this recipe, I totally get it! It’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory and the colors are just beautiful making this a wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving table. Also great for Christmas or Easter! Some of my favorite Thanksgiving side dishes are Cranberry Pear Sauce, Green Bean C،erole and Brussels Sprouts Gratin.

How To Make Sweet Potato C،erole with Marshmallows

  1. Peel and c،p sweet ،atoes into large c،ks.
  2. Boil in a ، with water until fork-tender.
  3. Drain ،atoes; return them to the ،.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  5. Mash ،atoes with a ،ato masher or hand mixer; add in raisins, agave, ،es, and pineapple.
  6. Spray a round baking dish (pie, c،erole, or ramekins) with oil.
  7. Fill the dish with the sweet ،ato mixture.
  8. Top with pecans and marshmallows.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.


  • Butter: There’s no ،er needed for this recipe, but if you want to add some, stir in 1 tables، unsalted ،er.
  • Pecan c،ble: If you want to omit the marshmallows, create a pecan topping with more c،pped pecans and some brown sugar.
